Shipping Policy

We ship orders from Canada using UPS services selected at checkout. Delivery timelines vary by destination and service level.

Processing

Orders are processed after payment confirmation. You will receive an invoice and order confirmation email.

Backorders

Items that are temporarily out of stock can still be ordered. Your cart and checkout show which items are on backorder; fulfillment of those items may take longer than usual. In-stock items ship first, and we confirm timing for backordered items by email after your order is placed.

Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on destination, service type, and shipment weight.
